From Success to Significance

Our Story
In 1985, Ron Daugherty started with a belief: that technology—done right—could unlock human potential.
He built Daugherty Business Solutions from a small office into a nationally recognized firm—nearly $350 million in annual revenue, 2,000+ employees, and a reputation defined by results. And throughout that growth, he always practiced philanthropy. But he wanted to give more.
After he merged Daugherty Business Solutions with CGI, Ron saw his opportunity.
He started Daugherty Enterprises and the Daugherty Foundation.
The Enterprise does good by building products that help people and organizations. And it creates value to give to the Foundation that gives back.
The idea was that these two organizations make “giving more” scalable.
And that ability to scale is significant.
